I tried placing an order and the site kept freezing on me, which was frustrating. The checkout buttons were also hard to find at first, well, actually, even after looking around for a bit they still weren’t very obvious. Not a great experience overall...

The pizzas were big, the price felt fair, and I don’t really have anything to complain about... just a good, easy meal

Got pizza from hellpizza.nz last night so good it was. The base was nice, not too thick, and the toppings had loads of flavour without being all greasy. The sauce had a little kick to it too, which I really liked. Arrived still warm and tasted fresh. One of the better pizza nights we’ve had in a while, definitely. Would for sure order again...

Had a little mix-up with my order, which was kind of annoying at first, but the staff handled it quickly. They were chill about the whole thing and got it sorted without making it a big deal. It did take a bit longer than expected, but yeah... overall, all good.

I was happy with Hell Pizza. I’ve noticed a pattern with a lot of pizza places where the vegan stuff is either hidden away or feels like it was added just to tick a box, but this didn’t feel like that at all. The vegan cheese was actually good, and the toppings seemed properly thought out rather than just thrown together. My vegetarian partner had plenty to choose from too, so we weren’t doing that usual back-and-forth menu scan trying to find something that worked for both of us. Delivery showed up on time and the pizza was still hot, which always makes a difference. Definitely impressed and will order again.

The promo barely worked for me. It looked like a good deal at first, but once I actually tried to use it, there were all these limits and it didn’t really save me much. Kind of felt like a bait and switch.

I ordered from hellpizza.nz and the delivery was reasonable , so no complaints there . The pizza was more warm than hot by the time it arrived though . The cheese had already started to firm up a bit , and the sides were just kind of average because of it . It still tasted fine and I ate it , but for the price I was expecting it to be hotter . Not terrible , just a little disappointing this time .

I ordered from hellpizza last night because I couldn’t really be bothered cooking and was just after something easy. Delivery was fine, everything turned up hot enough, and I grabbed a pizza with a couple of sides. I actually wasn’t expecting much beyond the usual takeaway feed, but the pizza had plenty on it and the sides were bigger than I thought they’d be. By the time I finished, I was properly full and didn’t feel like I should’ve added anything extra. Happy with it overall, honestly.

I’ll say the pizza tasted good once it finally got here, so no complaints about the food itself. But the website kept glitching while I was trying to place the order, and then the pizza ended up arriving late, which was frustrating. I still like their pizza, but I’ll probably skip ordering online next time and just call or go in

I’ve always had a soft spot for their cheeky ads and odd little jokes, it’s half the reason I end up thinking about ordering from them in the first place. The whole vibe is very Hell, in a good way. Ordering online was easy enough too, nothing confusing or annoying, and the pizza showed up hot and tasted really good. Only thing is, it did take a bit longer than the time they gave, which wasn’t a huge deal, but enough that I’d probably go 4 stars

When I got there, everything was already ready to go, which is exactly what you’d hope for. No waiting around or confusion, just a smooth and easy experience.

Ordered from hellpizza.nz last night. good. Ingredients tasted fresh. Cheese was solid. Veggies not soggy at all. Meat had nice flavour too. Way better than most delivery pizzas, tbh

I had an issue come up and, i was expecting it to take a while because I’d already had a busy day and didn’t feel like dealing with another headache. But they got it fixed quick, which was a nice surprise. Not much else to say, it was handled and I was able to move on with my day.

There was a small delay, but they apologized right away and kept me updated instead of just leaving me standing there wondering. It made the wait feel easy. The pizza was good, but what stuck with me more was how relaxed and friendly everyone was. I’d definitely go back.

I tried Hell Pizza mainly for the gluten-free option, and it was fine. The base actually held together, which is half the battle with gluten-free pizza, and there were enough toppings to choose from. That said, it did feel a bit expensive for what you get. And like with most places that aren’t fully gluten-free, you kind of have to use common sense and know there’s always a bit of a question mark around cross-contamination. I’d eat it again if it suited the occasion, but it wouldn’t be my first choice every time
